Our new semi-automatic line for powder coating comes with Aabo system in combination with the Gema spray gun. The powder paint is applied with special spray guns for applying the powder, and then the product is baked at 180 - 200 degrees. 

We can powder coat your products with dimensions up to max 1 m x 2 m x 800 mm. 

Painting with our system has many advantages: 

- Excellent color fastness 
- Environmentally friendly system: paints do not contain hazardous substances and do not cause harmful discharges or sewage
- Economical material consumption: excess sprayed paint dust is collected in containers with the help of special filters and suction and returned to use

The products are packed in nylon or cardboard as soon as they come out of the line so that the paint is 100% protected. 

By agreement with the customer, the products can also be packed in personalized packaging. Let us know what you need!

In the powder coating process, we need water with which the pieces are degreased and washed before powder coating. We collect and use rainwater. 

The entire line also runs on electricity produced by photovoltaic panels on the roof of our building.
